David W. Nance is the firm's founding and managing member. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Louisiana, New York and Texas and offices in Austin, Texas and New Orleans, Louisiana.

 

Of Counsel Attorneys

Ismail Amin has been of counsel to the firm since 2006. He offices in Newport Beach, California and Las Vegas, Nevada and is admitted to practice law in California and Nevada.

Thomas D. Dunn, Jr. has been a member of the firm since 2008. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and offices in New Orleans, Louisiana

Anila N. Momin has been of counsel to the firm since 2008. She offices in Houston, Texas and is admitted to practice in Texas.

Dana R. Moore has been of counsel to the firm since 2006. She offices in Austin, Texas and is admitted to practice in Texas.

 

Law Clerk

Meghan Davidson has clerked for the firm since 2009. She assists DWN attorneys in all areas of the law with highly developed research and writing skills. She is currently finishing her third year at Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans.
